Do you want to know what I really want for Mother’s Day?

What does mother’s day mean to you? To be honest, I don’t really care about receiving gifts or flowers on this special day. Its more about bonding with my family and having some ‘ME’ time. I would be happy if I can have any of thee below.
I would love to:
1. To sleep in till late.
Right now, it’s a dream for me.. A dream I feel like its going to take forever to catch. I love sleeping and I really miss sleeping in till 8am. 
2. Breakfast in bed.
Oh when last did I have this?! Please spoil me with a lovely breakfast in bed.
3. Movies in bed.
I’m a movie buff, I love watching Bollywood movies. Unfortunately I can never watch a 3 hour movie now, Kitana wouldn’t sit still. I’d like to watch the latest movie by myself please!
4. A bubble bath.
My favourite bubble bath and music.. Hmmm sounds perfect!
5. Time with my girls.
Can’t remember when last I’ve had a girls night out.
6. To go to the toilet alone.
No toddler standing in between legs curious to see what’s inside the toilet pan. Peaceful time in the house of commons.
7. Dishes free day.
Nope, I don’t want to wash dishes.
I want to be spoilt at the spa with a lovely massage and facial.
9. ME Time.
Some ME time with a good book and a cup of tea.
10. A stain free outfit.
No oversized clothes, stains from a leaky nose or food.

Ah I wish I could have these…. but I know I will be looking after the toddler the whole time, but I know Brett will take me out for food at least that I don’t have to cook…

Yep! All this would be perfect. Sadly, my husband works that day so no sleep in for me or breaky. Hope you get just what you want for your special day! I’m pretty sure none of these will come my way:( I just want to pee alone!

I would love some ME time. My husband thinks because I work from home that I am always having me time. Uh , no. It doesn’t work like that. I’d love an actual day off.
This Mothers day i would love a full 24 hours without my teenagers fighting. They always make me breakfast in bed which is always great.
LOL yes! Thankfully I’m in the stage of my life where I can kind of have those things since my kids are 20 and 17. Now if only they would clean the house….okay to their credit they do have lots of homework and are great students so I guess they are excused.
This is SO true!! For Mother’s Day I plan on sleeping in and going to the spa! It sounds like a dream!
Oh yes, these things may be simple but they are precious moments in life that money cannot buy. ME time is the best for my mom. 🙂 She deserves it.
All my mother ever wanted was a little more time to spend with us. As a single mother, she was constantly working.
My mother used to tell me that all she wanted was a clean house that she didn’t clean. I was a bad son because I don’t think she ever got it 🙁
What I would love to get for Mother’s Day is my family to actually remember it is even Mother’s Day! I would love to sleep in!
