Spring Favorites

Welcome Spring, it’s good to have you back…! Although it isn’t fully spring yet, I’m already so excited! Its time to pack those thick blankets and heavy jackets away.. well not just yet but soon! Every season, I buy some new items as I donate quite often to charity. I decided to blog about my favorites and what I’m drooling for at the moment. Many of the items are on my wish list and I will have to start saving before I could purchase them.. but a girl can dream hey?! I have no idea about fashion, I wear what I’m comfortable in and what I think suits me however I love colours.

Spring Favorites for mom:

When I want to relax, the bathtub becomes my best friend. Lush can get seriously addictive from what I heard. I really want to try this out.

3. Lush – Sex bomb R42.50

I’m slowly getting a makeup collection, there’s one item I cannot leave the house with and that’s lipstick or lip gloss. It makes such a big difference for me if I’m in a rush. From untidy to okay. 😛

4. Rimmel Heart Break Lasting Finish Lipstick Dark Pink – On sale for R59

Necklaces can be the standout item for an outfit. I love big chunky chains.

Not sure if I will ever have the budget to buy this dress but its on my wishlist. Simple yet elegant.

I need a makeup bag desperately and this is on my wish list. Ted Baker makeup bags are gorgeous, this is perfect for spring.

I’ve been searching for a white sandal. Madison has a beautiful summer range, I’m definitely getting this.

Spring Favorites for baby:

Woolworths, Korango, Mr Price, Earth Child, Melissa ShoesSpring gets me excited for shopping especially for Kitana, she’s such a girly girl. She loves dressing up and her favorite item is dresses at the moment. She just swirls around and poses for us.

Earth Child was a brand I never used to bother about but I have to be honest, the quality is top-notch! I received gifts from this brand when Kitana was born, its one of the few that still looks brand new.

Every Kid needs a hat for Spring/Summer.

3. Melissa Shoes, Estimate around R600.

A pretty sandal to last long-term, kiddies shoes is important for me. I always try to find ones that Kitana would be comfortable in.

  24. Copper scrap collection service Copper sulfate is a common inorganic compound that is widely used in various applications such as agriculture, electroplating, and as a fungicide. While copper and acid can indeed react, the reaction between copper and acid does not result in the formation of copper sulfate. In order to form copper sulfate, copper needs to react with sulfuric acid. However, the reaction between copper and sulfuric acid is not straightforward. Instead of forming copper sulfate directly, copper first reacts with sulfuric acid to produce hydrogen gas and copper sulfate pentahydrate. The chemical equation for this reaction is: Cu + H2SO4 в†’ CuSO4.5H2O + H2. The copper sulfate pentahydrate produced in this reaction is a blue-green solid compound that contains water molecules. It can be further heated to remove the water molecules and obtain anhydrous copper sulfate, which is a white crystalline solid. Therefore, while copper and acid can react, it is not a suitable method for producing copper sulfate.   25. Copper scrap prices per pound Nitrogen dioxide (NO2) is a major air pollutant that poses serious health risks and contributes to the formation of acid rain and smog. A promising approach to mitigate NO2 emissions is to catalytically convert it to harmless nitrogen and oxygen through selective reduction. Many catalysts have been developed for this purpose, but most suffer from low selectivity, high cost, and poor stability. Recently, a new type of catalyst based on metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) has emerged as a promising alternative. MOFs are porous materials composed of metal ions and organic ligands that can be tailored for specific applications. One advantage of MOF-based catalysts is the ability to control the size and distribution of active sites, which can greatly enhance their catalytic performance. In a recent study, researchers developed a novel MOF-based catalyst containing atomically dispersed copper (Cu) sites for NO2 reduction. The catalyst was synthesized by incorporating Cu ions into the framework of a MOF, which resulted in the formation of highly dispersed Cu sites with a uniform size and distribution throughout the material. The Cu-MOF catalyst exhibited excellent catalytic activity and selectivity for NO2 reduction under ambient conditions, with a conversion rate of up to 91% and a selectivity of over 99% towards nitrogen. Moreover, the catalyst showed remarkable stability and could maintain its high performance for over 20 hours of continuous operation. The superior catalytic performance of the Cu-MOF catalyst is attributed to the unique properties of the atomically dispersed Cu sites, which provide a large number of active sites with high accessibility and activity. The Cu sites also exhibit a strong interaction with adsorbed NO2 molecules, which enhances their selectivity for nitrogen production. The development of MOF-based catalysts with atomically dispersed metal sites opens up new opportunities for designing highly efficient and cost-effective catalysts for various catalytic applications.
