Today, I want to share products and brands I’ve enjoyed in the month of May. Honestly, I am always testing out products (thanks to blogging) but sometimes I only really use the product weeks after I received it. When I share I review, I want you to know that I haven’t just tried it once and gave my opinion – I end up playing around with the product for weeks and sometimes months before I actually share my thoughts on the blog.
I know sometimes brands don’t like this but for me, this step is extremely important so I can give you the reader an honest opinion.
May was a crazy month since we traveled to America. I knew I HAD to take Kitana’s stroller with and thank God I did otherwise I would have ended up purchasing something there out of desperation. We used her stroller a lot especially in New York and Disney world!
1. Mini Buggy
Have you heard of Mini’s easy walker? It’s perfect for any adventure. This stroller has been my lifesaver on many occasions and the best part is it fits perfectly in my mini cooper car.
The product only weighs 8kgs which make it light to carry around and it can also be used from birth up to 20kgs.
Find out more about the product here.
2. Predo Baby
Nappies is always a tough one. I’m not sure about you but I’ve always been fussy about the brands I use on my children but now that has changed and I’ve slowly been exploring other brands to see what the big difference is. I was really impressed with Predo. A brand I never knew existed until I received the press drop.
Predo baby Diapers is a new generation diaper using advanced technologies to give you a softer, thinner and more comfortable diaper. Older generation diapers use a thick fluff inner core and a SAP layer which turns liquid into gel. Predo uses a thinner fluff inner core and a higher concentration of SAP. This results in fast acquisition time and maximum comfort for your baby. You can find out more about the product here.
3. 0-Scoop
Kitana and Kiaan love bath time so I’ve encouraged more play in the water.
Have you heard of O-ball? The brand has an amazing range of products which I think will do extremely well here in South Africa. The O-Scoop is such a clever product. It is a large, easy-to-grasp ball that allows you to scoop baby’s toys right out of the water and store them on the bathroom wall for draining. The geometric Oball holes are perfect for fun in the tub and then draining and storing all baby’s bath time toys. The flat side hugs the wall in your tub and attaches with a strong suction cup. Find out more about the product here.
4. Brother Max easy hold bowls
Kiaan started eating at 6-months-old and I can already see that he is such a different eater from my daughter Kitana. This child will eat anything but like any other baby he has his favorites too. Having the right feeding bowls is so important. You want something that will last long and something that you can pop in the microwave if you have too.
Brother Max has an amazing range of products – I’m blown away by everything in their range. Brother Max easy-hold bowls are the perfect size for little ones to encourage self-feeding whilst being easy for parents to hold too. From weaning to toddler mealtime, the bowls are designed to last from the first stages of your weaning journey. You can mix & match lids with their snack pot bowl and Weaning Bowl Set. They are BPA-free, Dishwasher and Microwave safe. Find out more here.
5. Nuby Medical Kit
Before we went on our trip to USA, Kitana ended up getting sick so I had to carry loads of medication in my carry-on bag. During our trip, my mom called to tell me Kiaan wasn’t feeling too good. Nuby’s medical kit came in handy for both kids! The kit includes Sure-Dose™ Medicine dropper, Medi- Nurser, Nasal Aspirator with Ear Syringe and Medicine Dispenser. Find out more here.
6. Pressed Juice
I’ve never been big on juicing. Couple months ago, I received a press drop which I thought only Vije would enjoy but today I am enjoying it too especially since I want to eat healthier after our extremely fattening holiday! Pressed juice offers something for everyone even the fussy eaters who refuse to eat veggies. 😉 You should definitely try the immune boosters they have and the soups they recently launched for winter. Find out more about their selection here.
7. Ubbi diaper pail
Ubbi diaper bin has always been one of my favorite products. I received one when the brand first arrived in South Africa and now I am a proud owner of two bins. I use one for Kiaan’s nappies and the other in our guest bathroom.
The Ubbi diaper pail is made of powder-coated steel to achieve maximum odor control. It is equipped with rubber seals that are strategically designed to lock in odors as well as a sliding lid that minimizes air disruption, keeping the smell inside the pail. To meet the needs of today’s eco-conscious parents, this award-winning nursery essential offers the convenience and value of utilizing any standard trash bag or reusable cloth liner. This feature makes it the easiest disposal system to load, use, empty and clean. Find out more about the product here.
8. Cherubs wet wipes
Like who doesn’t use wet wipes? I have a pack in almost every room. Cherubs has become one of my favorites over time for messy hands and mouths especially after lunch with Kiaan.
The Cherubs Wipes Triple Pack now has a new convenient carry strap that has an elegant and user-friendly design. The original plastic bag has been removed to reduce strain on the environment. Find out more about the product here.
9. Purity snack pouches
So this is more of Kiaan’s favorite than mine! He is obsessed with Purity’s pureed baby food in pouches range. The range comprises of 10 pouches and ingredients include oats, yoghurt, fresh fruit and vegetable, and meat. As with all Purity products these pouches are free of preservatives, artificial flavours and cololurants. Find out more about the range here.
10. Ingenuity Trio 3-in-1 SmartClean High Chair
This is such an awesome product and the best part is its long-term! The Ingenuity™ Trio 3-in-1 High Chair™ is designed to grow with your baby all the way through the toddler years! This innovative chair offers parents 3 products for the price of 1: a full-size high chair, a booster seat, and a toddler chair. This unique design even allows 2 children to be seated at the same time when used in booster and toddler chair modes. Find out more about the product here.

The Minibuggy is so adorable! I’ve never seen that before. I wonder if they have it in the States.
I love several o-ball products but I hadn’t seen the scoop. Seems super handy for the bath tub!
These all look like great products that I wish were around when I had my daughter. I love that medical kit!
These look like great products. Pressed juice sounds interesting. I will check this out.
Where can I buy the mini buggy? I live in Johannesburg
Any Kids Emporium store! 🙂

Copper scrap sourcing Copper metal wires are commonly used to conduct electricity because copper has several desirable properties that make it an ideal material for this purpose. Here are some reasons why copper metal wires are preferred over other materials: 1. High conductivity: Copper is highly conductive, meaning it can easily let electricity flow through it. Copper wire has a low resistance to electric current, allowing for efficient energy transfer. 2. Ductility: Copper is a very ductile material, meaning it can be easily drawn into thin wires. This makes it possible to create thin, flexible copper wires that are ideal for electrical applications. 3. Corrosion resistance: Copper is highly resistant to corrosion, making it ideal for use in harsh environments or outdoors. Copper wires do not rust or deteriorate easily, which ensures long-lasting performance. 4. Low thermal expansion: Copper exhibits low thermal expansion, meaning it does not expand or contract significantly when exposed to temperature changes. This property allows for stable electrical conductivity in a range of temperatures. 5. Easy to work with: Copper is a soft and malleable metal, making it easy to work with and shape into a variety of forms. This makes it ideal for use in a wide range of electrical applications, from small wires to large power cables. For all these reasons, copper is the most commonly used material for electrical wiring. While other materials can also be used, copper wire offers the best combination of electrical, physical, and chemical characteristics for most applications Scrap metal profit margins Copper sheet and plate recycling Copper scrap mold casting Exporting Copper scrap International trade of Copper scrap Non-ferrous metal recycling
Copper scrap market research Copper is a versatile metal that has been used in various industries for centuries. One of its most significant applications is in the field of computing. Copper plays a crucial role in the manufacturing of electronic devices such as computer chips, circuit boards, and other hardware components. One of the main reasons copper is used in computing is its excellent conductivity. Copper is an excellent conductor of electricity, which means it can efficiently transport electric currents without significant resistance. This makes it perfect for use as a conductor in electrical circuits, where efficient power transfer is critical. Copper’s high conductivity also helps in dissipating heat generated by electronic devices. Many electronic components, such as CPUs and GPUs, generate a considerable amount of heat when in use. Copper is an excellent thermal conductor, which means it can efficiently transfer heat from the source to the heat sinks, where it can be dissipated safely. Copper’s corrosion-resistant properties also make it ideal for use in electronic devices. The metal has a high resistance to corrosion, which helps to protect sensitive electronic components from being damaged by environmental factors such as moisture and oxidation. Another benefit of copper is its malleability and ductility, which makes it easy to shape and mold into various forms. This property allows manufacturers to create complex structures such as high-performance heat sinks and computer fans that help dissipate heat generated by electronic devices. Furthermore, copper is an abundant and cost-effective material, making it an attractive choice for manufacturers looking to reduce production costs without compromising on performance. In conclusion, copper is an essential material used in computing as it provides exceptional conductivity, corrosion resistance, thermal management, and is cost-effective.
