June was a crazy month – Vije went back to the USA at the beginning of the month and the kids ended up getting sick as soon as he left. Perfect timing right?! It was an overwhelming month for me – I’m still trying to find the balance between work and home and it isn’t getting any easier. Right now, I feel like curling up in a corner with a good book and a big cup of coffee.
Honestly, I haven’t been feeling like myself recently and I think it’s because I’m miles away from my husband. I’m starting to really miss him!
I’m a bit late with this post but better late than never right? For June, I decided to add some of Kiaan’s favourite products too. I’d love to know what you think about it and if you want me to add Kitana’s favourites next month?
I am busy redesigning the blog and … hint, I’m changing my colours. 😉
Kitana is experiencing night terrors at the moment; she ends up waking up screaming for me. Having a nightlight in my room is extremely important for her. It keeps her calm because she hates waking up to total darkness.
1. Brother Max nightlight
The Bunny Carry & Hang Nightlight is a soft tactile night-time friend who can hang from any door handle or hook. With colour-changing LEDs, which can be in single or colour-changing mode, Bunny is easy for little ones to carry for night-time bathroom trips or can sit on a nightstand or shelf. The night-light lasts 12 hours on one charge from the rechargeable base and features a daylight sensing on – off mode.

2. The Nap Strap
Have you ever noticed that when your toddler falls asleep in his/her car seat, their heads flop from side to side? It is a common problem that moms face daily and I’ve been looking for a product to solve this problem for the past year!
Honestly, it took me a long time to get comfortable with the Nap strap because I was worried that it might fall etc. Yes, I am one of those paranoid moms.
Nap strap was created so you can travel with ease knowing your child will sleep comfortably. It’s important for our kids to be in a car seat but it is also important that their heads are positioned right to avoid the risk of suffocation or head and neck injury.
Did you know?
A ‘head flopped forward’ position can restrict airflow through child’s windpipe?

3. Kiehl’s Gentle Hair & Body Wash
I absolutely love the scent of this product! It is a mild, tear-free formula that is infused with a light pleasant scent to leave baby’s skin and hair smelling fresh and clean.

4. Prospan Cough Syrup
This cough syrup has been my lifesaver for the past month. This was the only cough syrup Kiaan used.
5. Purity Pedia Kids Vapour Gel
This product can be used for babies from 6 months old. Purity has an awesome range for coughs and colds.
Purity Pedia Kids Vapour Gel contains Menthol and Eucalyptus for their known cooling and soothing properties, this gel may help relieve muscle pains associated with colds, flu, bronchitis and sinusitis.

6. Nuna SENA mini
I’m sure by now you realized how much I looove NUNA products. I’m obsessed with their stroller but they also have other clever products like the SENA which helps make traveling with kids a breath of fresh air. The chic Nuna SENA mini has a clever zigzag leg design. It pops open easily into a soft, sturdy dreamland, and then refolds with just one hand for a quick getaway the next morning.

7. Avent 3-in-1 electric steam sterilizer
Kiaan is 9-months-old and I’m still sterilizing his bottles because I think it is necessary even though many moms say that it is a waste of time after 6 months because baby ends up putting everything in his mouth. The Avent sterilizer has been one of my favorite items from day 1! It only takes 6 minutes to sterilize and it can fit up to 6 Avent bottles.

8. NoseFrida
I know many moms are not very keen on using this product but I purchased one when Kitana was born and ever since then I have used it religiously with Sterimar nasal spray when the kids get sick. NoseFrida is your go-to natural, hygienic baby booger buster. It’s totally safe (for parents AND baby), so you can say “sayonara” to snotty noses.

9. Baby bullet
I bought it 3 years ago on Groupon and ever since then I’ve used it.
Baby Bullet’s baby food-making system includes all the information, instruction, and tools needed to make and store a week’s worth of homemade baby food in minutes. From the Batch Bowl and Power Base to the Easy Pop Batch Tray; from the serving spatula to the Date-Dial storage cups and lids, every tool included in the complete 20-piece set is designed to simplify feeding, so you can give your little one the highest quality food without adding time or stress to your already jam-packed life. You don’t have to only use it for baby food, you can use it to blend small portions of anything including smoothies for you and your toddler.

10. OH So Heavenly Mum and Cherub range
I’m a huge fan of OH So Heavenly products. Everything in their range smells amazing but the bubble bath for mum is my favourite. Whenever I’m feeling stressed and need some time to relax, I take a bubble bath.

3. Baby Neptune Ocean Explorer Walker
I’m not a big fan of walkers but Kiaan has enjoyed this one even though he doesn’t know how to move around in it. He loves the music and turtle in the toy station.

Industrial copper recycling Copper is one of the oldest metals used by humans, with a history stretching back at least 10,000 years. The first evidence of copper use comes from the Middle East, where it was initially mined and worked in what is now Turkey. Copper was an attractive material for early human cultures because it was easy to work with and could be shaped into a range of tools, weapons, and decorative objects. The earliest uses of copper were largely functional, with people using the metal for tools such as knives, axes, and chisels. Copper was also used to make some of the first metallic weapons, such as daggers and arrowheads. As copper became more widely available, people began using it to make jewelry and other decorative objects, marking the beginning of the Bronze Age. One of the most significant uses of copper in ancient times was in architecture. Early builders used copper to make decorative elements such as doors, gates, and roofing materials. The copper roofing on the Temple of Jerusalem, for example, was so well-regarded that it was later used as a metaphor for beauty and extravagance in religious texts. Copper was also used in currency and trade, with small copper coins used in ancient Egypt and the Mediterranean world. As copper became more widely available, it became a more common material for currencies, eventually giving rise to the copper penny that is still in use today. Over time, people learned how to alloy copper with other metals, such as tin and bronze, resulting in even stronger and more versatile materials. Bronze quickly became a popular material for weapons and tools, driving the development of new technologies such as metallurgy and mining. Today, copper is used in a wide range of industries, from electronics and electrical wiring to construction and transportation. Its unique properties, including its high conductivity, durability, and corrosion resistance, make it an essential material for modern life. Despite the many advances in technology over the centuries, copper remains one of the most important materials in human history Metal waste management solutions Copper wire scrap Recycling equipment for Copper scrap Copper scrap sorting techniques Copper scrap market research Scrap metal recycling
