When I think about Greece, I think sunny, sandy beaches with crystal clear water and the beautiful city Crete (the biggest of the Greek Islands). Greece is one of the romantic countries to visit with your loved one, it has the perfect setting for a honeymoon or family vacation.
Vije and I love traveling and we always looking for new places to visit. We busy planning our holiday for next year (we really need a getaway) and while searching on the internet, I came across the beautiful country Greece. Many of our friends visited this country and flooded social media with stunning pictures that made me extremely jealous.
I found a website called First Choice which gave me valuable information about the country and suggested places to visit. First Choice shares the top hotels and resorts in the cities which makes life so much easier when you searching for accommodation in an unknown country.
We all deserve a break and with a vacation planned in a dream holiday destination, it can be worth it. I always do my research before booking a trip because I love planning my holiday. I want to make sure I visit the places I’ve been dreaming of. Traveling with a toddler can become stressful but planning in advice makes it so much easier.
Crete has always been on top of my list for cities to visit, followed Mykonos and Santorini.
I recently met a woman who was born in Greece but lives in South Africa. She shared some beautiful stories with me about how everyone in the neighbourhood gets together and feast when she visits her homeland. She says the community is like family and everyone helps each other. After listening to her, it made me realise how important family trips are. This is the time when memories are created. Kitana would really enjoy a change of scenery and the different cultures.
Besides spending most of your day laying in sun relaxing (I wouldn’t mind), you can do so much more in Greece. I’ve heard the best time to visit Greece is during June – August which is summer for the country.
Holidays in Greece is about enjoying the beautiful beaches, food and enchanting historical sites. Every building has so much history and stories to tell. The country is known for picture perfect scenery which draws you in from the first glance.
Did you know?
Greece has more archaeological museums than any other country in the world. Statistics say more than 16 million tourists visit Greece annually. Wow!
Places I want to visit in Crete:
- Historical Palace of Knossos; the Cave of Zeus – located on the slopes of Mount Ida.
- The Diktean Cave
- Chania and Rethymno old towns.
- Crete aquarium in Heraklion (Iráklion) and the water park in Chania.
Places I want to visit in Mykonos:
- Little Venice
- Archaeological site of Delos – I’ve heard this is one of the best historical sites to visit.
- Platys Gialos beach
- Lena’s House
- Church of Paraportiani
Places I want to visit in Santorini:
- The village of Emporio – This is the heart of the island and very close to the beaches.
- Oia – To view the sunset.
- Mnemossyne Gallery
- Santorini Volcano
- Amoudi Bay
My bucket list of places to visit in Greece is growing, I wish I could spend a month traveling the roads of Greece.
I’m really hoping to visit this beautiful country soon. I want to experience a little of everything and create beautiful memories with my family.
Which country is on your bucket list?

Copper scrap import Copper has been a critical material in the computing industry due to its excellent electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity properties. Copper is used extensively in computer motherboards, heat sink components, and wire and cable components. Copper is primarily used in computer motherboards as a conductor of electrical signals between various components and devices. Copper traces are used to provide electrical pathways between the CPU, memory modules, Expansion slots, and other components on the motherboard. Copper is preferred for these purposes due to its low resistance and high conductivity. Copper is also used in heat sink components, which are used to dissipate heat from the CPU and other high-power components. A heat sink is a passive component that transfers heat from a hot component to a cooler medium, usually air. Copper is an ideal material for heat sink due to its high thermal conductivity, which allows it to transfer heat efficiently. In addition to being an excellent conductor of electricity and heat, copper is also highly durable and resistant to corrosion. These properties make it an ideal material for wire and cable components used in computer systems. Copper wiring is used for power cables, data cables, and network cables in a wide range of computing applications. Despite its numerous benefits, copper is not perfect. One major drawback is its high cost compared to other conductive materials like aluminum and steel. This cost difference poses a challenge for designers and manufacturers looking to balance performance, durability, and cost effectiveness in computing products. However, recent advancements in technology and manufacturing have helped to reduce the cost of copper and make it more accessible for various computing applications. More efficient production processes and recycling efforts have also helped to increase the availability and sustainability of copper as a critical component in the computing industry. In conclusion, copper is a critical material in the computing industry due to its high conductivity, durability, and resistance to corrosion. Its use in computer motherboards, heat sink components, and wire and cable components makes it an essential component in many computing applications. While its cost is often high, its excellent properties make it a preferred choice for many designers and manufacturers of computing products Metal scrapping depot Scrap Copper export Copper scrap customer relations Copper component recycling Copper scrap recycling company Metal recovery and reclaiming center
