I’ve always been a huge fan of apple pie but, to be honest, I feel like very few restaurants get it right! I’ve never attempted making it on my own because I was scared that it would be a huge flop!
This recipe looks easy and I heard that these toasties are divine! 😉
Ingredients:
160g Cream Cheese
4 Tbsp. Icing Sugar
½ tsp Cinnamon
4 Granny Smith Apples (sliced into rounds and deseeded)
Butter for frying
4 Tbsp. Demerara Sugar (you can also use brown sugar)
30g Raisins
8 slices Sasko Plus Rosehip and Honeybush Brown Bread
80g Butter (softened)
Whipped Cream/Ice Cream to serve
Method:
(Either use a non-stick frying pan or a sandwich/panini press to make these.)
Fry the apple slices in batches in your sandwich or panini press or in a non-stick pan in a little butter until just browned and slightly softened.
Set aside to cool and clean the sandwich/panini press or frying pan.
Mix the cream cheese, icing sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl until well combined.
Smear each slice of the bread with equal amounts of the cinnamon-cream cheese
Top half of the slices of bread with a sprinkling of raisins.
Place a layer of apple slices on top of the raisins.
Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. of Demerara sugar over the apples and cover with another layer of apples.
Seal each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread (with the cinnamon-cream cheese side facing down.)
Butter both sides of the sandwiches.
Toast in your sandwich/panini press or fry in a non-stick frying pan, turning once, until crisp and toasted.
Serve warm with whipped cream/ice cream.
Enjoy! 😉
I am going to try making this soon and I will report back with feedback! Let me know if you’ve tried it too.

Copper sheet scrap purchasing Copper is a popular choice for electrical wiring due to its superior electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, malleability, and resistance to corrosion. Electrical conductivity refers to the ability of a material to conduct electricity, and copper is one of the best conductors of electricity. This means that electrical signals can pass through copper wires with minimal resistance, allowing for efficient transmission of electricity. Copper is also an excellent thermal conductor, meaning it can transfer heat easily. This is important because electrical currents generate heat, and copper wiring can help dissipate that heat to prevent damage or overheating. Copper is also very malleable, meaning it can easily be shaped and bent without breaking. This makes copper wiring easier to install and work with than other materials. Finally, copper is highly resistant to corrosion, meaning it will not easily degrade over time due to exposure to the elements, moisture, or other factors that might damage lesser materials. All of these factors make copper a reliable, efficient, and cost-effective choice for most electrical wiring applications Metal reclaimer Scrap copper exporters Copper scrap reclamation services Copper scrap buyers and sellers Scrap copper recycling process Scrap metal assessment
Copper scrap sorting techniques Copper has been a critical material in the computing industry due to its excellent electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity properties. Copper is used extensively in computer motherboards, heat sink components, and wire and cable components. Copper is primarily used in computer motherboards as a conductor of electrical signals between various components and devices. Copper traces are used to provide electrical pathways between the CPU, memory modules, Expansion slots, and other components on the motherboard. Copper is preferred for these purposes due to its low resistance and high conductivity. Copper is also used in heat sink components, which are used to dissipate heat from the CPU and other high-power components. A heat sink is a passive component that transfers heat from a hot component to a cooler medium, usually air. Copper is an ideal material for heat sink due to its high thermal conductivity, which allows it to transfer heat efficiently. In addition to being an excellent conductor of electricity and heat, copper is also highly durable and resistant to corrosion. These properties make it an ideal material for wire and cable components used in computer systems. Copper wiring is used for power cables, data cables, and network cables in a wide range of computing applications. Despite its numerous benefits, copper is not perfect. One major drawback is its high cost compared to other conductive materials like aluminum and steel. This cost difference poses a challenge for designers and manufacturers looking to balance performance, durability, and cost effectiveness in computing products. However, recent advancements in technology and manufacturing have helped to reduce the cost of copper and make it more accessible for various computing applications. More efficient production processes and recycling efforts have also helped to increase the availability and sustainability of copper as a critical component in the computing industry. In conclusion, copper is a critical material in the computing industry due to its high conductivity, durability, and resistance to corrosion. Its use in computer motherboards, heat sink components, and wire and cable components makes it an essential component in many computing applications. While its cost is often high, its excellent properties make it a preferred choice for many designers and manufacturers of computing products Metal waste recycling plant Ethical copper sourcing Copper scrap environmental stewardship Scrap copper procurement Copper scrap storage Metal salvage services
