I know I still have a lot to catch up on so this week I will be sharing my pregnancy diary from week 13 to 17.
👶13 weeks
My scan went so well. We actually saw the baby moving and kicking. It was amazing to see because baby is fully formed and baby isn’t a small bean anymore. The doctor asked us if we wanted to find out the sex of the baby. At first I decided I shouldn’t because I really wanted to have a gender reveal party but at that moment before thinking I said YES! The doctor told me to look carefully between the legs…and there it was! We having a ………! You will find out soon. 😉
The doctor said he’s 80% sure but we shouldn’t buy anything colour specific yet. Vije and I are both excited. The doctor gave us the go ahead to announce to family and we even got some good scan pictures to share. I’m so glad I found out the sex because now I can start preparing.

Hello Acne and Insomnia! I expected this pregnancy to be perfect like my first but I was so wrong. No two pregnancies are the same and I can see that now. It’s hard for me to get a good night’s sleep. I end up falling asleep around 3am and wake up at 7am.
Pimples are popping up all over my face and it isn’t making me feel good about myself. My nausea seems to be disappearing since I stopped taking my vitamin tablets every day. I found a pregnancy shake that I’m trying at the moment, it supposed to be exactly like the tablets. I’m eating healthier and I’m enjoying salmon! Haven’t had hectic cravings yet compare to my first pregnancy where I wanted Nando’s at least twice a week.

This week my taste buds disappeared. Everything tastes like metal to me. I read about it and the correct name for this is Dysgeusia. Many pregnant women experience this and some say it stays throughout the pregnancy. I’m really hoping that doesn’t happen to me because I love good food and now I’m only eating because I have too. I even made the food salty just because I couldn’t taste.
Yesterday at the mall, I had a blackout. It was my first time experiencing this and it freaked my family out. Luckily my cousin was behind me and caught me just in time. All I remember was getting light-headed then seeing black… I managed to pull myself together after I ate salt and vinegar chips. I think it was my blood pressure that went low or maybe the mall overwhelmed me but I just hope that it doesn’t happen again. It made me realise how important exercise and eating healthy is. I started the gym before finding out I’m pregnant and now visit twice a week but I really want to enrol for a pregnancy class soon. It helped me a lot during my last pregnancy.

You can clearly see I’m pregnant now, my little bump is growing! I finally feel and look pregnant. My jeans don’t fit anymore! At the moment I’m living in tights and sweat pants. It isn’t pretty but it’s so comfortable for me.
I’ve received so much love from the brands I work with. This baby is so spoilt already and I can’t wait to try all these amazing products. I’m having difficulty breathing. I’ve had shortness of breath in my first pregnancy but later than what I’m experiencing now. I felt a few flutters over the past 3 weeks but this week I felt a kick! Baby is definitely having a dance party in there and kicks at least once a day.
👶17 weeks
This week is my doctor’s appointment, it’s something I always look forward too especially since I have like the best Gynae in the world. I’ve had 2 nose bleeds which I’ve never experienced before. Besides that, everything is fine…well I still don’t really crave anything! I miss food. I miss tasting it. Reality has sunk in that I will be a mom of a newborn soon, I’m scared but excited. I wish I kept a journal the first time around because I feel like I remember nothing about a newborn baby now.

Don’t worry–It will all come back to you in a flash–as soon as you are holding that little bundle of joy in your arms!
Congratulations on your pregnancy. You’re so lucky, I’d love another baby. I’m glad all is going well for you.
Being a new mom is both exciting and terrifying. I had that feeling with all my pregnancies.
Awww! It will all come back to you! I was a lot more relaxed with my second baby, but he did seem like he was 3 months old when he was born since he was so huge lol.
This is such an exciting time. It’s really a unique experience!
How absolutely exciting for you and amazing that you are documenting your journey on a weekly basis! Congratulations!
Congrats on your second baby! Each pregnancy is so different it’s crazy each time how different it is.
Congrats on your second baby! Good luck! 😀
Sounds like me when I found out about my son. My tech said the same exact thing. 🙂 I had smooth pregnancies and the only problem I had was the uncomfortable feeling at night when I wanted to sleep. Here’s to a smooth pregnancy.
I had a couple of blackouts with my 2nd and 6th pregnancies, reading this takes me back to all of those weird things that happen. Toe cramps…heartburn…we all survive it, thank God. Just take care of yourself!
Your bump is so adorable! Happy Mothers Day! Enjoy it all.
So xcited for ur part, Congratz again and u must make the most of ur 2nd preggies true each preggies is different:)
Best of luck to your pregnancy and congrats! I hope everything continue to go well.
I hope all stays relatively normal as can be expected, never been pregnant so not sure what to expect but loving your updates
I can’t imagine what you must be going through without your taste buds. I hope it doesn’t last through the rest of your pregnancy. Hang in there!
You look fabulous – so exciting! Thanks for sharing this pregnancy journey – I had forgotten how fun and exciting all the weeks are – and it was only a couple years ago 🙂
What a fun way to remember your pregnancy! And you’ll be able to share all this with your child when they get older.
Congratulations on the baby. Wishing you and the little one health, happiness, and all the best life can offer. Seems like things are off to a good start. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.
Aw, thanks for sharing such a special time! This makes me sentimental too. 🙂
WOW 🙂 It’s the first time I’m seeing your blog 🙂 love it … Great work … I’m speechless … Congrats on your pregnancy … i have a 9 month old baby boy … your post reminds me of my pregnancy .. i loved my pregnancy … i miss the kicks in my tummy 🙂
Thank you so much Khadija, hope you keep reading. 🙂
Sweetie, once you been through it it’s like falling off a bike. You get up, and get right back on and keep riding. It’ll all come back and just let instinct take over. Believe me you never forget, and I know cuz I been there five times, and now I have 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, and I’ve helped with every one of them when they were born. Nope never forgot. In fact, today is my grandson #10 first birthday the little cutie pie… Anyway you just keep on keepin’ on and listen to your doctor and you’ll be just fine. Don’t forget to take your vitamins and take a nap now & then it’ll do you good. Good luck.
Thank you so much! I have no idea why I’m so nervous, hopefully it will get better when I see baby. Thanks for reading.

Copper alloy salvage Copper has been used in computing for many years due to its excellent electrical conductivity and malleability. It is widely used in the construction of electronic devices such as computer chips and circuit boards. One of the main advantages of copper is its ability to conduct electricity with minimal resistance, which ensures that electrical signals can be transmitted quickly and efficiently. Copper is also an excellent thermal conductor, allowing for efficient dissipation of heat generated by electronic devices. In addition to its conductivity, copper is also highly malleable, allowing it to be easily formed into intricate shapes and patterns required for circuit boards. This makes copper a popular choice for the manufacturing of printed circuit boards, which are used in a wide range of electronic devices. Copper is also used extensively in the construction of computer chips. The process of making computer chips involves the deposition of thin layers of copper onto a semiconductor material, which is then etched to form the various components of the chip. Copper is an ideal choice for this process due to its excellent adhesion and low electrical resistance. Despite its many benefits, there are also some challenges associated with the use of copper in computing. One of the main issues is that copper is prone to corrosion, which can cause electronic devices to fail over time. To address this issue, manufacturers often apply a protective coating to circuit boards and computer chips to prevent corrosion. Overall, copper remains a critical component in the world of computing due to its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, as well as its ability to be easily formed into intricate shapes and patterns. As technology continues to evolve, it is likely that copper will continue to play a crucial role in the development of new electronic devices Scrap metal waste disposal Copper alloy analysis Copper scrap trading network Copper scrap fabrication Copper scrap export logistics Scrap metal price volatility
