Below is the recipe for his famous Mac and Cheese, I added bacon on top which I fried and some breadcrumbs..
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp pepper
100g butter
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
4 cups macaroni pasta (cooked)
extra cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese to top
bacon, breadcrumbs and sun-dried tomatoes optional
