Imagine you have just hosted a lovely dinner for your friends and family. Your guests have enjoyed the delicious fish dish you prepared and raved about your culinary skills. However in the kitchen the cooking smells still linger, the dustbin is giving off a funky odour and you have just found your dog sitting in the corner with the leftovers fished out of the bin.
Do you fear what impression the smells wafting around the house may make on your guests? You could decide to hunt for the scented candles to mask the smells but this only serves to add to the already unpleasant mixture of odours. The truth is that the daily battle against lingering odours and a room that smells less than fresh are an unpleasant experience for both guest and host.
Ambi Pur recently asked South African women to rate, in their experience, the worst household odours and those that are the toughest to remove as well as divulge their attitudes around a bad smelling home.
The survey* revealed the worst household odours that women experience in their own homes included bathroom smells (toilet and diaper) followed by the smell of garbage, cigarettes, cooking smells (especially fish) and pets. Musty smells ranked highest as the toughest household odours to get rid of.
Pieter Hommez, Ambi Pur’s Head of Research and Development South Africa launch says, “The survey provided some interesting insight into how women perceive the smell in their own homes compared to other homes they visited. Notably 95% of women think it’s very important to have a good smelling home while only 57% admitted to being happy with the way their homes actually smelt.”
The misconception that air fresheners are only meant for the bathroom was evident in the results. Interestingly 87% of South African women stated they mainly use air fresheners in their bathrooms, but believe other smells found throughout their homes to be the toughest to get rid of.

I would die if someone walked into my house and told me it smelled LOL. I am always paranoid about that stuff, which is why I always have a candle burning or something.
Lol! That’s a problem no one should have to run into. It’s definitely good to have some nice scents going!
Interesting results from the survey! And that fish smell is NASTY – I can’t stand that, and think these products would be amazing!
It’s really embarrassing to have your guests smell unpleasant odors in your house. I’m glad we have options like ambi pur to help out. I can’t imagine what I would do if someone told me that my house smells bad.
The only occasional odor we have in the house is when my dog is ready for his bath. Sometimes he gets stinky for no reason at all. I have been using Ambi-Pur for quite a while now and it does get the job done.
Cooking brings in some bad smells sometimes. I’d like to try the Ambi-Pur.
I always have our candles lit because we have an indoor dog. I’ve never tried this brand before. Thanks for sharing!

Copper scrap material handling Copper has been used throughout human history for various purposes. It is one of the first metals ever used by man and is known for its malleability, strength, and conductivity. The ancient Egyptians used copper to make jewelry, while the Greeks and Romans used it for coinage. Copper is also one of the primary components of bronze, an alloy that was widely used in ancient times for weapons and tools. In medieval times, copper was used extensively in architecture, including many church roofs and spires. The iconic Statue of Liberty in New York Harbor is also made of copper. The metal’s antibacterial properties have made it a popular choice for medical equipment, including hospital surfaces, doorknobs, and other high-touch areas. In modern times, copper has become an essential component in various industries, including construction, telecommunications, and electronics. It is commonly used in electrical wiring and circuitry because of its excellent conductivity and durability. Copper is also a vital component in renewable energy structures, such as wind turbines and solar panels. Copper mining and production have become a significant industry in many countries worldwide, contributing to local economies and providing jobs. However, the mining and production of copper can also have environmental impacts such as water pollution and soil degradation. Overall, copper has played a vital role throughout human history and is still used extensively today in many ways. Its unique properties make it an essential component in various industries, and ongoing research into its benefits and drawbacks will continue to shape its applications Scrap metal reclamation and reprocessing facility Copper scrap cost analysis Copper scrap prices today Copper scrap business intelligence Copper scrap melting procedures Metal recycling and reclamation center

Copper scrap payment terms Copper has always been the preferred choice for electrical connectors because it offers a number of distinct advantages over other metals. Firstly, copper is an excellent conductor of electricity with its relatively low electrical resistance and high thermal conductivity. This means that copper is able to transport electricity effectively without heating up excessively or causing any major losses due to resistance. Secondly, copper is highly ductile and malleable, meaning it can be easily shaped and formed into thin sheets, wires, or other connector shapes without breaking or becoming brittle. This makes it perfect for a variety of connector designs and applications, allowing for flexibility and versatility in electrical engineering. Thirdly, copper is resistant to corrosion and has a long lifespan, which is essential for connectors that need to operate in harsh environments or with constant exposure to moisture, vibration, or other damaging elements. Finally, copper is readily available and cost-effective, compared to other metals like aluminum, brass, or silver. This makes it an economical choice for many electrical engineering projects and applications. In conclusion, copper is the best choice for electrical connectors due to its high conductivity, malleability, corrosion-resistance, and cost-effectiveness Metal waste recycling company Copper recycling education Scrap Copper recycling process Copper scrap sourcing network Copper scrap market analysis Scrap metal inventory management
